🌺 Your In-Flight Reading Pack

Bless & Release · DEN→NRT · Wed Sep 24, 2026 · assembled by GLOBY 🌍 & the 18-agent squad, verified 08:15 UTC Sep 23. Nothing is on fire. Your calls are boxed in gold — one word each is enough.

“One verified human blesses named agents to steward gifts they can never keep — and one word releases them all.”
— the one-breath sentence. If you memorize one thing on this plane, it's this.

📕 Download the Textbook PDF (22pp) 🎤 The Pitch Deck v2 (your speaker notes)

Read in this order on the plane:
  1. This page — your 7 calls (§1) + the scoreboard (§2) + top-3 gaps (§3). ~10 min.
  2. §5 Demo Script — read it twice, then once out loud (yes, on the plane, whisper counts). ~15 min.
  3. §6 The Three Q&A — rehearse each answer 5×. These are the exact questions judges publish.
  4. §4 Ten Commandments + §7 War Plan — the deep why and the clock. PDF if you prefer print.

1 · 🗳️ Your Calls (one word each is enough — reply to the Admiral)

① Moon bell. Squad canon + astronomy both say fullest = Sun 1:49am JST (Sep 26 16:49 UTC). One old note said Sat. We hold Sun unless you veto.
② Title blessing. Crea's pick: “Bless & Release” (verified human blesses named agents; revocation = the release). Understudies: Aloha Protocol, Consentware. Must land before the Friday-night fallback tape records.
③ Aqua rung. Rung-1 AquaApp on Sepolia = primary demo (bytecode-identical registry confirmed). For the live position: rung-2 floor vs rung-3 ceiling (pros/cons in the pack folder). Strategy gate stays Sat noon JST, lean 70/30 Aqua as our 3rd pick.
④ 30-second security chore (do it at the gate). Your GitHub PAT ghp_NJXl… sits in plaintext in TWO shared files — every agent can read it. GitHub → Settings → Developer settings → PATs → revoke, then tell the Admiral; he mints a repo-scoped replacement and re-tools the fleet.
⑤ Friday 17:00–19:00 JST signing session. Bank is 100% in S1. One S1 session at the venue funds the rehearsal deployer (faucet drips to ~1.94 SepETH by then; one pk910 session closes the 0.66 gap to the 3.0 target). Critical path — bless the slot.
⑥ NEW — Cloudflare account, Thursday. Wave-2's biggest build win: the consent-backend (server-side World-token check — without it, the rubric scores our demo ineligible: “client-only authz”). Spec is done: CF Worker, 8 routes, ~280 lines, deploys Fri noon JST. Kill-dependency: you create the CF account + approve the $5/mo Durable Objects plan Thursday so Tauro can deploy the moment your World client_id lands Friday.
⑦ Ratify two rulings. (a) Naming law: brand strings grandfathered (myagentohana.com, agentohana.eth, triproto repo stay); $-tickers as tokens stay forbidden in public until your moon signal. (b) The revoke choreography — the dry-run's scariest finding: promising World+ENS+Aqua in “one transaction” risks a 2-of-3 zombie flip at the exact goosebump moment. Plan: scripted two-pane stage version (World+ENS), Aqua pane = stretch, film gate Sat 18:00 JST.

Bug Buster 🐛🔨
(Hostile User)
23 PASS · 4 FAIL · 23 BLOCKED
(48 abuse rows + 3 new)
Scariest = the three-pane revoke (call ⑦). Fortress = the denied path — best-planned beat in the dossier. Weakest on paper = ENS beat (all runtime, zero paper passes — rehearse it live).

39/50 — bubble-in
Tech 7 · Orig 9 · Pract 7 · Usab 8 · WOW 8*
Finalist-shaped on every winner axis; held back by the unowned centerpiece (⑦ fixes it). *WOW is 8 as scripted, 5 if the tri-bind dies on stage.
Spector 🕵️
(2nd attacker)
12 must-haves + 8 new findingsKill-shot question: “show me the server check.” Also caught: unauthenticated revoke endpoint = one venue-wifi curl ends the demo (spec now requires endpoint auth — Admiral ruling).
Tauro 🐂Consent-backend spec ✅Cloudflare Worker + one Durable Object, JWKS pinned to World's own keys, all five consent elements (authorize · scope · duration · denied-path · debrief) in the record schema, forged-token test included.
Crea ✨Deck v2 live ✅12 slides, your verbatim speaker notes (~20s each, timed to the 4-minute window), Blessing Pool metaphor seeded 3×, zero over-claims, zero console errors. Slides 9 (live URL) + 12 (QR) are honest landing slots — filled Saturday night when the build is real.
Jai 🌸Gaps list ✅3 things fatal at doors, 7 fatal by Friday night, 4 by the Saturday gate — each with owner + fallback. Top-3 below.

3 · 🚪 Top-3 Gaps to Doors (doors Fri 13:00 JST — you land ~16:00)

1 · World client_id — the single most fragile gap. FATAL BY FRI NIGHT
No mock IDP is allowed by rule — without a working client_id for the Agents dev env, the $7.5k flagship track dies. Get it at the 17:30 World workshop (“IDP vs IDKit”) + booth question #1. Fallback: a named human contact + auth-code/PKCE browser-blessing pivot. Start the “time to first success” debrief timer at your first pilot-env attempt (hard prize requirement).
2 · Backup demo machine + 2 keyed Sepolia RPCs — Thursday. FATAL AT DOORS
Airplane-proof law: your laptop = primary; cloud fallback + local anvil-fork fallback rehearsed once; two keyed RPCs answering before wheels-up. Static artifacts (deck, this pack) already live on taur.link = any borrowed machine works.
3 · PAT rotation — 30 seconds (call ④). FATAL AT DOORS
Two exposed files, one revoked token fixes both.

Also flagged: the disclosed base has no top-level LICENSE — required for ENS “open-source” scoring + the parallel Green grant. We add it Friday as an honest weekend delta — never backdated.

4 · 🪙 The Ten Commandments of ETHGlobal Judges (JAI's §9, verbatim — distilled from 14 real winner teardowns + the official rubric)

  1. Ride the judges' current theme — don't fight it. Tokyo's live lane is AI agents + payments + safety (World ID for Agents, ENS agents-as-namespaces, Intercepta x402). Our stack is already on-thesis.
  2. A working, visible demo beats slides. Make the invisible visible: the blessing happen, the gift move on-chain, the rejected path get blocked. “Show your project in action, skip unnecessary waiting.” (ETHGlobal's own words.)
  3. Practicality + Usability win headline prizes — not raw complexity. Ask at every step: could a real person use this today?
  4. Small teams win — including solos. You don't need a big team; you need one crisp, complete thing done end-to-end.
  5. Tight, complete scope beats sprawling ambition. Every winner is describable in one sentence and does that one thing fully. Build Tier 1 fully before reaching for Tier 2.
  6. Wedge on the sponsor's newest primitive. For us: ENSv2 Enhanced Access Control, World ID for Agents, 1inch Aqua + SwapVM — fresh tech = less competition + sponsor enthusiasm.
  7. Give it a name and a metaphor the judge repeats to other judges. Ours: “The Blessing Pool” / “a verified human blesses named agents who steward gifts.” The finale is a memory contest.
  8. Tell a values/mission story — it cuts through a technical field. Your gift-economy, consent-first, nobody-priced-out story is a genuine human “why” that survives Q&A.
  9. Respect the 4-minute structure and the known Q&A. Intro <20s, then straight to the working thing. Crisp answers for the three questions they tell you they'll ask: inspiration / tools+why / hardest challenge.
  10. Show real git history and attribute your AI. Commit throughout the weekend; keep spec + prompt files in the repo. For an agent ʻohana this is both a rule to obey and a chance to show the human on the steering wheel.

5 · 🎬 The Demo Script (JAI's §12, verbatim — 3:00 + 0:30 buffer inside the 4:00 window. Practice out loud five times.)

⚓ Admiral margin note ① — Beat 1 runs OUR ceremony. The script below says “Verify with World ID” (IDKit). Our flagship is the World ID for Agents consent ceremony — the agent requests, you approve scope + duration in the World app, our backend validates, and you also show the deny. Same beat, richer consent. Everything else in the script stands as written. Dependency = gap #1 (client_id).

[0:00–0:18] The hook (≤18s — no backstory yet)

“Agents are about to spend real money on our behalf. The question of the decade is: who said they could? Meet the Blessing Pool. Watch.”

(No slides. Be on the working app already.)

[0:18–1:00] Beat 1 — The human blesses (World ID)

[1:00–1:45] Beat 2 — The named agent receives it (ENSv2)

[1:45–2:40] Beat 3 — The gift moves (1inch Aqua / Blessing Pool)

[2:40–3:05] Beat 4 — The unhappy path (the drama + the rule)

[3:05–3:25] The close (the why)

“This is MyAgentOhana: give your agents a home, a name, and a conscience. The idea that agents need a written conscience and a human on the wheel came out of a Protocol Labs research retreat in Iceland — we're shipping the consumer version. Everything's open source. Nobody's priced out. The more we give, the more we receive.” 🌺

[3:25–4:00] Buffer

— for a slow tx, a laugh, or an early judge question.

Craft from the winners: Show, don't tell · one metaphor repeated 3+ times · pre-record a 30s backup clip of the on-chain move (live stays primary) · solo is fine — solos win.

⚓ Admiral margin note ② — the stage version is two-pane (call ⑦). In Beat 3/4 the script shows World+ENS+Aqua flipping together. Our dry-run found that choreography unspecced (3 finalities, ~35s window). Plan: stage = World + ENS panes scripted; Aqua pane joins if Saturday's build proves it. The deck's speaker notes already say it honestly: “one word — three systems obey,” no “one transaction” over-claim.

6 · ❓ The Three Q&A (JAI's §12-B, verbatim — ETHGlobal tells you the questions; have 20-second answers)

1 · “What inspired this?”
“Agents are getting wallets before they got a conscience. We come from an agent-ohana that lives on consent — and it turns out Protocol Labs' Iceland retreat reached the same conclusion from the research side. We built the consumer version: a human blesses, an agent stewards.”

2 · “What tools did you use, and why?”
“World ID for the human proof — minimum-sufficient credential, verified server-side. ENSv2 subnames so each agent is a named citizen with revocable, per-record permissions via Enhanced Access Control. 1inch Aqua so gift funds stay self-custodial until the moment of the gift. Three primitives, one consent flow.”

3 · “What was the hardest challenge?”
“The three sponsors live on three different chains — ENSv2 on Sepolia, Aqua on a mainnet fork, World off-chain. We glued them at the orchestration layer so the judge sees one coherent blessing→steward→gift flow. Getting ENSv2 Enhanced Access Control roles right so an agent can edit only its own record was the real work.”

Two more to expect: “What's stopping a malicious agent?” → the unhappy path (+ optionally Intercepta screening before signing). “How is this a business?” → MyAgentOhana premier services; the value-pegged doors; the \$0 blessing-pool path.

⚠️ Judges publish their 3 questions Friday — Socia pulls them the moment they drop; if they differ from these, we re-rehearse Friday night. That's a P1 gap with an owner.

7 · 🗓️ The War Plan (JAI's §13, verbatim — counts back from the Sun 09:00 JST hard wall)

FRIDAY Sep 25 — Foundations + Intelligence

SATURDAY Sep 26 — Build The Trinity

SUNDAY Sep 27 — Submit Early, Then Present

Golden rules: Tier 1 before Tier 2 · commit constantly · submit an hour early · sleep at least a little — a rested presenter out-scores a broken one on Usability and WOW.

⚓ Admiral margin note ③ — our canon bells inside the plan. Harvest Moon fullest Sun 1:49am JST (call ①) · Aqua-vs-Uniswap gate Sat 12:00 noon · your signing session Fri 17:00–19:00 (call ⑤) sits beside the 17:30 World workshop — the workshop wins if they collide, Mahalo re-slots · Sunday freeze 06:00 JST · fable model lane is dead all weekend (refill lands 15h after the deadline) — everything runs on the warm fleet you have.

8 · 📰 Intel You Didn't Have Last Night

9 · 🤫 Embargo & Naming Law (unchanged, still sacred)
